How long until I hear back?

Within 24 hours of your inquiry. If you've sent us a clear brief, the estimate will include a proposed start date and delivery date.

Is there any cost for the estimate?

No. The estimate is free and there's no obligation to proceed.

How does payment work?

Once you approve the estimate, payment is made upfront alongside monthly hosting fees. If you just want the website and want to manage your own hosting, mention that in your inquiry.

Are there ongoing costs?

Yes — hosting, maintenance, and support are billed monthly. You'll always know the price upfront.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel your monthly plan anytime. If cancelled, your website can be transferred to you or archived.

Can I get a refund?

Website build fees are partially refundable up to 80% if you're not satisfied with the final result. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery. Hosting and maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — no refund for the current billing period, but you won't be charged again.

What happens if something breaks?

We fix it. All plans include technical support and ongoing maintenance.

Do you update plugins and security?

Yes. We handle updates, backups, and security monitoring.

How fast do you respond?

We aim to respond within 24 hours (usually much faster).

Do I own my website?

Yes. The website is built for you. You own your branding, content, and domain.

Can I leave and take it elsewhere?

Yes. If you choose to leave, we can provide your website files or transfer hosting.

How long does it take?

Most websites are completed within 1–3 days after we agree on the estimate. Your exact delivery date is confirmed in the estimate we send within 24 hours of your inquiry.

What do you need from me?

Your logo (if you have one), business details, service descriptions, and any images you'd like included. If you want your website design to exactly match your vision, contact us through email with your details and we will create the website with them.

Will I see it before it goes live?

Absolutely. You'll approve everything before launch.
